The user acknowledges and accepts that the Manager shall in no case be held responsible for any interruption, suspension and/or revocation of the use of the Site.

Object of treatment

The personal data processed are:
a) browsing data: data that the computer system and software procedures used for the

operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, during the user's navigation (such as IP addresses, or the domain names of the computers used by the users, the characteristics of the consultation in terms of access to sections, the date and duration of the consultation). This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. In the case of registered users, the Data Controller may collect information on access to the reserved area of the Site, in order to improve the service offered and optimise the internal management of requests;

Legal basis of processing

Data retention time

In accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 GDPR 2016/679, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed, at the end of which they will be deleted.

In particular, your personal data will be stored in accordance with the terms and criteria specified below:

a) the data collected to conclude and execute purchase contracts will be kept until the conclusion of the administrative-accounting formalities. The data related to invoicing will be kept within the terms of the law;

b) the data of the registered user will be kept until he requests the cancellation of the profile;

c) the data provided voluntarily for commercial communication activities will be cancelled at the time of the user's request to stop the activity.

For technical reasons, the termination of the processing and therefore the definitive cancellation or anonymisation of personal data will be defined within thirty days of the terms indicated above.

Recipients of personal data

Transfer of personal data
